Martin Vrieling, independent mortgage adviser and purchase guidance specialist in Tilburg.

I grew up in Brabant and moved to Amsterdam to work at the options exchange. When we had children, we wanted them to grow up in Brabant too. So we moved back.

I still remember exactly what it felt like to be a starter on the housing market myself, the tension of not knowing what we could offer, what we could borrow, and everything that needed arranging. These days, I have the knowledge and experience to guide others through that, so they can make the biggest decision of their lives with real confidence.

People, numbers, houses, and negotiating, I enjoy all of it, and as a mortgage adviser I get to combine them. To stay close to the negotiating side, I added purchase guidance to what I do. With market knowledge and negotiation experience, I only ever guide one client per property. The goal: to be the highest bidder, while keeping the gap with the runner-up as small as possible. For many people, this makes the buying process far more enjoyable than they expected.

At Hypotheek Shop Tilburg and Hypotheek Visie Tilburg, I guided hundreds of Tilburg clients through arranging their mortgage. I learned that it can be more personal, clearer, and faster, with short lines of communication and direct contact. That is why I decided to continue as an independent mortgage adviser. At Belderbrandt, I put that into practice, with local mortgage advice, personal guidance, and a strategy that fully matches your situation.
