## Open Application: Back-Office Employee (24–40 hours)

Belderbrandt is growing, and that comes with a strong back office. We're always interested in experienced back-office employees who want to contribute to a smoothly run mortgage advice business.

As a back-office employee at Belderbrandt, you make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You support the advisory process, maintain files, monitor deadlines, and act as the first point of contact for clients and lenders. You work accurately, communicate well, and feel at home in an environment where quality and client focus come first.

You have experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services or the mortgage industry. Familiarity with mortgage software is a plus.
